Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Warren Ostergard has been a producer for twenty years. He has been involved in over forty-five feature films in various producer roles, and has a strong understanding of film finance structures. Warren has experience developing films, managing production, overseeing post-production, handling film delivery and tax credit audits, and has a close working relationship with various film offices, sales agents, directors, and department heads. He is considered a prolific independent producer in the film industry. His recent work includes the inspirational drama The Hill starring Dennis Quaid and the successful indie film Sound of Freedom, which earned over $250 million globally.
Warren is currently wrapping post production on the podcast series Soul Incarcerated (A+E) based on inmates at a dangerous Virginia penitentiary that form a band (Edge of Daybreak) and release one of the most sought-after rare soul LPs from the 1970s, then reunite 40 years later to make a record in an attempt to get the recognition they deserve.
Warren recently wrapped production in England on Blackwater Lane starring Dermot Mulroney, Minka Kelly and Maggie Grace. His other credits include Agent Game starring Mel Gibson (Saban/Lionsgate), The Royal (Samuel Goldwyn Films), SuperCool (Vertical), Nine Eleven (20th Century Fox), The Bag Man (Universal), Breaking At The Edge (Wreckin Hill), Find Your Groove (Gravitas Ventures), Stiletto (First Look), as well as producer credits on Spy Intervention (Cinedigm), Life Like (Lionsgate), Voice From The Stone (Momentum), The Journey Is The Destination (Netflix), Criminal Activities (RLJ Films), Faceless, Arbor Demon, Seven Below, Freerunner and more.
Ostergard has worked as a youth travel baseball coach for the past seven years. He has a passion for travel, spending time of the water and exploring the culinary scene in Charleston SC. He resides in Charleston, SC with his wife, son and family dogs; Benji and Birdie. Ostergard is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
